After reviewing my notes from observations taken about a year ago, The downlink seems to have switched. Now the signal is slightly weaker as it approaches, It was just the opposite before. All my oberservation where based on monitoring the Main CW Beacon. Anyone else Notice this? and Does anyone have a more detailed observations of the 10 meter downlink ? In the past the Russians used a full Dipole for the 10 mtr is it possible that this time its just a Monopole ? I cant seem to fine much if any information about there Cosmos Satellite which is the parent spacecraft for RS-10. Looking forward to any replys.. 73 GL de AL WC9C * RM 1.3 00559 * ------------------------------ End of Ham-Space Digest V94 #215 ******************************
